Service

Software development

Web applications and internal systems shaped around how your organization works.

Overview

We translate business processes into software that is understandable, maintainable and ready to evolve with the organization. From production control, sales and dispatch through to finance operations and quality management, the method holds: understand the process first, choose the technology second.

What it creates

Designed to produce an outcome.

01

Fits how you operate

We model the real process, edge cases included, so the software reflects how people work instead of forcing them to work around it.

02

Sustainable architecture

Data boundaries and component responsibilities are defined up front, so adding features later does not put the running system at risk.

03

Visible progress

Every increment ships to a staging environment, so you validate against real operations rather than reading a status report.

04

Data you can use

Information is normalized and structured to serve reconciliation, reporting and decisions — not just storage.

How it runs

One stage at a time.

Each stage ends with something you can look at and respond to, so the next stage is scoped against what was just delivered.

  1. 01

Analyse the process as it runs

We follow the actual work: who does what, where the data travels, how exceptions get handled and which gaps are currently covered by hand.

  2. 02

    Architecture & data model

Component boundaries, the data model, integration points and the permission matrix are settled before the build, so the hard decisions do not land at the end.

  3. 03

    Build in increments

Each increment ends with a working version on staging and an acceptance session run against your real operations.

  4. 04

    Hand over the operations

Data migration, user training, monitoring, alerts and the incident runbook are all in place before the system becomes the system of record.

Performance & security

What this service is accepted against.

These three sit in the acceptance criteria. They are measured, and the numbers come with the handover.

  • P95 < 500msCore operations never leave people waiting

The transactions that matter each carry a response-time threshold, measured under simulated concurrent use and on data volumes close to the real thing.

  • OWASP Top 10Access control and the audit trail

Role-based access is enforced server-side on every action, admin actions are written to an audit trail, and every release passes an OWASP review.

  • Rehearsed restoreData survives an incident

Scheduled backups, a restore rehearsed on a separate environment, and the actual recovery time written down — so the promise is more than a backup setting.

Scope

When this is the right service.

A good fit when

  • The process runs across spreadsheets and chat threads, and nobody can see the overall state
  • Off-the-shelf software does not match how you operate, or customising it now costs more than building
  • Existing systems need to talk to each other and reconcile against one source of data

When something else fits better

  • If the problem is still unclear or stakeholders disagree on the goal, start with digital solution consulting
  • If a common off-the-shelf product covers the need, we will say so rather than take the project

FAQ

Common questions

Can you build on an existing system?
Yes. We assess the current architecture and data before recommending integration, improvement or a fresh build.
How is the project broken into increments?
Each one ends with a working version on staging and an acceptance session against your real operations; the scope of the next increment is agreed after that session.
Does our existing data come across?
Yes. Migration is treated as its own work item: cleaning, record-count reconciliation and sample checks happen before the real cutover, not on go-live day.
Who operates the system after handover?
Your team, with monitoring, alerts and an incident runbook handed over already running. Easy Alo takes on maintenance too, within an agreed scope, if you want it.
Who owns the source code?
You do. Source code, technical documentation and infrastructure admin access transfer to you in full after acceptance.

Other services

You may need more than one.

The three services are built to fit together: consulting frames the problem, development turns it into a system, and the website takes it to your audience.
