Challenge

Project context

The Center serves audiences with distinct needs. External quality assessment participants need programme details, schedules, instructions and access to results submission; laboratory professionals need training information; healthcare facilities need documents and support for building quality management systems. A growing body of technical notices, schedules and resources required an information structure that was easy to navigate while clearly communicating the Center's role and activities.

Solution

Our approach

The website was organised around the Center's core responsibilities: external quality assessment, training, quality management, scientific research and resources. Frequent tasks such as checking EQA schedules, reading instructions, registering for training and opening the results portal were given clear routes. Content management enables the Center's team to maintain news, programmes, schedules and documents, while the responsive interface keeps technical information readable and usable across phones, tablets and desktops.

Inside the product

Decisions that shaped the system

01

A connected EQA journey

Programme information, schedules, implementation guidance and the route to results submission are connected so participating units can reach the right task quickly.

02

Accessible training and support

Training programmes, schedules and registration sit alongside quality management consultancy, helping laboratory professionals and healthcare facilities find the support they need.

03

Structured technical content

News, notices, schedules, resources and contact information follow consistent patterns, allowing regular updates without making information harder to find or compare.
